Colorado Long Term Care Partnership Brochure will provide more information on the Colorado State Partnership program. Including why it was created, how it works and how it helps Colorado residents. All material in the brochure is approved by Colorado Department of HealthCare Policy & Financing, the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS), and the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
